We are seeking passionate and skilled Master students to participate in an exciting research project focused on the DNA Feature Compression Algorithms Performance Dataset. This study is part of a larger research initiative aimed at compressing DNA files based on specific DNA features, pushing the boundaries of bioinformatics and machine learning.
Successful completion of this research will lead to the award of a Master of Science in Information Systems.
Requirements:
- Strong Machine Learning skills
- Proficiency in Data Analytics
- Experience in Python Programming
- Knowledge of Bioinformatics (added advantage)
- A student Enrolled in Master of Science in information Systems at Uganda Martyrs University
